I’m Amy Wilkinson—a soul embodiment mentor, intuitive guide, yoga and meditation facilitator and manifestation teacher. I’m also a proud mama of three, living my dream life with my husband and children on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
With two decades of experience in personal and spiritual transformation, my journey has been one of deep awakening, expansion, and alignment. I founded, grew, and eventually sold a thriving yoga and wellness brand with multiple studio locations across South East Brisbane. Over the past 10+ years I've supported countless yoga instructors through mentorship and teacher training, led transformative retreats, and created safe and sacred spaces for individuals to reconnect with their essence and unlock their limitless potential.
My own path to fully embracing my soul gifts has been the most liberating and fulfilling chapter of my life—a journey that taught me the power of shedding limiting beliefs and stepping into alignment with my highest timeline.
